A founding Partner and qualified Solicitor since 1971, Ken has been engaged in every type of court work.  Initially undertaking criminal and matrimonial work he has over the years in West Lothian dealt with all types of legal work, particularly employment work, which is now his specialist area. He holds a commission as a part time Sheriff. As from 1st January has moved to be a consultant of the firm whilst still remaining as a Part-time Sheriff. Will be undertaking some employment and civil claims work as well as some personal projects
Ken Hogg
			A founding Partner and qualified Solicitor since 1975. Stuart has worked for most of his professional life in Livingston.  Extensive experience in criminal cases, civil litigation, accident claims and matrimonial work.
Stuart Peebles
		A founding Partner and qualified Solicitor since 1988. Main areas are criminal, civil including matrimonial, child law, accident claims and bankruptcy.
Gordon Henderson
			A qualified solicitor since 1999.  Main areas of work are employment law and matrimonial, and civil cases.
Des Maguire
	A qualified solicitor since July 2004. Joined from West Lothian Council in December 2006 Main areas of work are Adults with Incapacity, Child law, Civil claims and Employment law.
